The ICPC is pleased to announce the first ICPC North America Championship (ICPC NAC 2020), 19-23 February 2020. Top teams from the ICPC North America Regional Contests will advance to the ICPC NAC 19-23, February 2020 in Atlanta, Georgia, hosted by the College of Computing at the Georgia Institute of Technology. The top teams from the ICPC NAC 2020 will advance to the 2020 ICPC World Finals 21-26 June 2020 in Moscow, Russia, hosted by the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
For ICPC North America competition, training begins at the local university, utilizing free educational resources provided by the ICPC community. Students participate in a variety of online training and competition opportunities, including the ICPC North America Qualifiers (ICPC NAQ). Each university selects one or more teams of 3 students to participate in the ICPC North America Regional Contests, hosted by universities throughout North America. The top sixty (60) teams from these regional contests will advance to the ICPC NAC 2020.
The 2020 ICPC North America Championship (ICPC NAC 2020) will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, hosted by the College of Computing at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Each NAC team will be provided with hotel accommodations for the coach and three contestants. The teams and coaches will be treated to a full schedule of activities including a full course of complimentary food functions. Transportation to the NAC is the responsibility of the team. The ICPC encourages teams to raise funds for transportation and extracurricular activities from local sources to better strengthen community ties among academia, industry, and government.

The International Collegiate Programming Contest (“ICPC”) is a global algorithmic programming contest for college students around the world organized by ICPC Foundation designed to foster creativity, teamwork, innovation, and the ability to perform under pressure. Through training and competition, teams of three, representing their university, challenge each other to raise the bar of excellence in inventing trustworthy software systems that solve a range of complex, real-world problems.
